1. Definitions
Leah Paige Designs Pty Ltd trading as Leah Paige ('Leah Paige', 'we', 'us', 'our')
Membership means the paid subscription granting Members access to specified Leah Paige Content, Resources, tutorials, Workshops and other Membership inclusions.
Member (“Member”, “you” or “your”) means the individual who purchases or accesses a Membership.
Platform means the members-only area of the Leah Paige website or any third-party platform used by Leah Paige to provide the Membership.
Content means any educational or other material made available by Leah Paige through the Membership.
Resources means downloadable or accessible documents and materials provided to Members.
Workshops means online or in-person educational sessions provided by Leah Paige.
Templates means documents provided to Members that may be adapted for use within their own business in accordance with clause 18.
Mentoring Services means separately purchased one-on-one online or in-person sessions providing individual guidance, feedback and recommendations.
Parties means Leah Paige and the Member, and Party means either of them individually.
2. Membership
Membership is available to persons aged 18 years and over. Persons under 18 may only purchase or access a Membership with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Membership commences from date of sign up
Membership fees are as displayed on the Leah Paige website or at checkout at the time the Member subscribes.

Networking support
Monthly newsletter
Q&As
Access to templates
1:1 Mentoring is not included in monthly subscription

3. Subscription & Payments
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew each month using the Member's nominated payment method unless cancelled before the next billing date. Members may cancel at any time in accordance with clause 4.
All pricing is inclusive of GST.
4. Cancellation
Members may cancel their Membership at any time through their Membership account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the Member's current billing period, and the Membership will not renew for a further billing period.
Members will continue to have access to the Membership until the end of the current paid billing period unless their Membership is suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law, no partial or pro-rata refund will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Except where required under the Australian Consumer Law, membership fees are non-refundable for change of mind or unused portions of a membership period. Nothing in these Terms limits any right to a refund, replacement, re-performance or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails, Leah Paige may suspend access until payment has been successfully processed.
7. Community Guidelines
Members must abide by the Member Code of Conduct and must not poach other members for professional gain.
Bullying, harassment, disrespect, discrimination, poaching, spam or breach of confidentiality will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of membership and access to the membership platform.
8. Intellectual Property & Resource Licence
All Content, Resources, Templates, tutorials, recordings, slides, worksheets, presentations, branding, logos and other materials provided by Leah Paige remain the intellectual property of Leah Paige Designs Pty Ltd or its licensors.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Templates and Resources within their own business for their own internal and client-facing purposes.
Members must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, teach from, commercially license or make the Content, Resources or Templates available to third parties without Leah Paige's prior written consent.
Members retain ownership of intellectual property they create independently and submit during Workshops, Mentoring Services or through the Platform. Members grant Leah Paige a limited licence to display or process that material only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Membership or Mentoring Services
9. Third Party Services and Recommendations
The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, software, payment providers, suppliers, products or services. Leah Paige does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices or performance.
Any supplier, product, software, service or other third-party recommendation made through the Membership represents Leah Paige's opinion or experience only. Members remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement or transaction with a third party.
Where Leah Paige receives a commission, sponsorship, affiliate payment or other commercial benefit in connection with a recommendation, this will be disclosed where required.
10. Recording Consent
Workshops and webinars may be recorded and made available to current and future Members. By participating in a recorded session, Members acknowledge that their name, voice, image, questions and contributions may form part of the recording.
Members who do not wish to appear in a recording should keep their camera and microphone turned off and submit questions through the available written question function where possible.
Any use of a Member's testimonial, success story, photograph or feedback for external promotional or marketing purposes will be subject to separate consent.
11. Educational Disclaimer
Information is educational only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, accounting or professional advice. Please seek professional advice for further information.
12. No Guarantees
Leah Paige does not guarantee employment, business success, financial outcomes or client acquisition. Networking opportunities may be facilitated from time to time but introductions, employment, collaborations or commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
13. Mentoring Disclaimer
Mentoring sessions are for guidance only. Members retain ownership of their own IP, but give Leah Paige limited permission required to display/process it within mentoring sessions.
Decisions remain the member's responsibility.

Members are encouraged to seek;

Accounting
Insurance
HR
Building
advice where relevant.
15. Member Conduct
Members agree to abide by the Member Code of Conduct.
16. Suspension & Termination
Leah Paige reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member for a material or repeated breach, non-payment, unlawful behaviour, harassment, IP infringement, confidentiality breaches or conduct reasonably considered harmful to the community. Where a Membership is terminated due to a Member's material breach of these Terms, access to the Platform may be withdrawn immediately. Except where otherwise required by law, the Member will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining portion of the current billing period.
17. Privacy & Communications
Members agree to respect the privacy of all other members.
Leah Paige will not sign you up to promotional email subscription without your permission. Emails may be collected and stored by Leah Paige for notification purposes only.
Members signed up to the subscription platform agree to receive monthly emails containing educational material. Promotional emails will require separate approval and members can opt out at any time.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Leah Paige will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
A serious or repeated breach of another Member's privacy or confidentiality may result in suspension or termination of Membership in accordance with clause 16.
18. Availability
Occasionally workshops may need to be rescheduled. Leah Paige will take reasonable steps to maintain the Platform but cannot guarantee continuous availability due to maintenance or third-party services.
19. Force Majeure
Leah Paige will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet or power outages, illness, pandemics, platform failures or failures of third-party service providers. Where reasonably practicable, Leah Paige will take steps to reschedule affected Workshops or provide alternative access to relevant Content.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leah Paige excludes liability for business losses, lost profits, employment outcomes, indirect damages, client reviews or business closure. All advice is to be taken as recommendations only, members are responsible for implementing advice in accordance with their business practices and seek further professional advice as required.
21. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights, guarantees, warranties or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
23. Changes to Membership
Leah Paige reserves the right to modify the Membership, Platform, pricing and inclusions where reasonably necessary. Leah Paige will notify members via email 30 days prior to any pricing, content & inclusion changes. Where a change involves an increase to Membership fees or a material reduction to Membership inclusions, Members will be provided at least 30 days' notice and may cancel their Membership before the change takes effect.
Members will be notified as soon as possible of any changes affecting the scheduling of material or workshops.
Where reasonably practicable, Leah Paige will reschedule the affected tutorial or provide an alternative tutorial or Content.
24. Dispute Resolution
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from the Membership or these Terms directly and in good faith.
25. Account Security
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share their account with any other person. Leah Paige reserves the right to suspend accounts where multiple-user access is suspected.
